Now that we’ve established that using personalized video WITHIN your automations is pure gold. 🏅 Let me quickly give you an example, by oversharing once again my obsession with my dog, Luigi.
Let’s imagine I’m having trouble sleeping, because my bed is tiny and my dog, although not very big, is very selfish and loves to spread out as much as possible.
Let’s then say, this problem was cute at first, but now is causing me real back problems and sleeping issues. So, I do a quick Google search of my local area for “dog trainers for bad dogs.”
I find a few nice websites I enjoy. Finally I narrow it down and fill out 3 simple contact forms on different dog trainer’s websites where I mention my doggie-issue. I request more information.
First, let’s say two out of the three dog trainers respond to me with a simple email and attachment of their hourly rates.
Ok, not bad.
But then, let’s imagine that one dog-trainer is the Don Draper of canine trainers. They know the importance of marketing and have an amazing personalized-video automation set up. So they send me a personalized video that goes something like this:
“Hey Vero, I’m reaching out because you showed interest in learning more about our dog training services. You mentioned that your dog “Luigi” is pretty selfish and takes up most of your bed at night.
